Enrichment Opportunities For The New Year

Amy Upham will be leading an aerobics class at Edgewood on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45 PM, with cardio, step, weights and floor work. To see the flyer, click here .

Hoop Fit, a total body workout using custom-made weighted hula hoops, will be led by Tarah Rhenae on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:00 PM, at Edgewood. Two sessions are planned; the first starting January 10th, and the second starting February 21st. For more information, click here .

Integrative Hatha Yoga, taught by Warren and Barb of the Muskegon Yoga Center, will be held Mondays and/or Thursdays at Fruitport Middle School from 4:30-5:30 PM. This is a class for beginner to intermediate skill level. Interested in more information, click here .

Technology Director, Jeff Grossenbacher, will be hosting a free parent night for FCS families about Facebook on Thursday, January 19, 6:30-7:30 PM, at the Fruitport Middle School Auditorium. Parents will learn:
- How to check their child's Facebook account
- How to monitor their child's "friends"
- How to set privacy settings
- Dangers of Social Networks
