DECA is a student-led organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.
Competition consists of comprehensive exams, judged case studies, and written projects. DECA also offers many different college scholarships for students succeeding in competition.
