The end of the year has arrived and it was a fantastic year here at Shettler Elementary! We would like to share some of our accomplishments and points of pride with you. Listed in no particular order: Girls On The Run Program, Fourth Grade Camp, Accelerated Reader Program, Parent Book Study "Say No To Yes", Active PTC who provides many activities for faculty and students, Parent training in reading to support home and school study, Fifth grade Chicago trip, Haiti Relief effort, Red Cross Collections, school wide Publishing Night, Wild for Books Bus, UNICEF Halloween drive, Spring Carnival, Field Day, Early Intervention Team, Title One Program, Christmas Musical, Spring Musical, Merry Market Place, Archery for the Fifth Grade, Elementary Counselor and Social Worker, Crime Provention Poster, Family Reading Night, Fifth grade Celebration, Exceptional artists: Mckenzie Fairfield, Austin Goryl, Cameron Weaver, Alysa Giudici, nine students chosen as poster winners in the "Crime Prevention" poster contest, and Meet, Greet, and Find Your Seat. If you drive by you will notice we are under construction with the revamping of our parking lots, which will make for easier transitions next school year.
